It's Time!

Canning day is here!!!  The peaches are ripe and I am ready to go.  I am off to make Peach BBQ Sauce and to can 40 lbs of peaches.  If I have any energy left I am going to make a batch of blueberry jam as well.    My girls are so excited to help but we will see how long that lasts.  I am hoping Lydia will cooperate and let me get all of this done and if not, Disney will come to my rescue (thank you Princess movies!).  I can't wait to see all of the jars sealed and ready to go and feel that sense of RELIEF that it is all done :)  I will let you know how it goes.
