Week 5

So the last week has flown by, with getting the PILES of laundry done and all of the cleaning and catching up with the kids and house. We finally feel almost back on track, although I know there are always exciting things lurking around every corner.
I will get to a post of our trip in a day or so but for now, our menu:

Sunday:
Pork Tenderloin two ways with baked potato salad, green beans and green salad

Monday:
an easy peasy day so maybe tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches

Tuesday:
spicy honey chicken thighs with polenta, broccoli and tomato bocconcini salad

Wednesday:
crockpot beef shortribs with linguine and green salad and garlic bread (I am volunteering in the afternoon and Jack has soccer that night!)

Thursday:
pork chops with balsamic fig glaze, BBQ garlic and onion potatoes, grilled veggies

Friday:
Steak fajitas, spanish rice, refried beans, guacamole and chips, corn on the cob

Saturday:
night off from cooking - what shall we have?!?
