The Piano

We have been talking about getting a piano for years. Literally. We had saved up for it and planned for it but just never actually did it. We put the money in savings and just kept it there! Our goal was to have one by August as we decided Emma would start lessons this September.

A friend of ours who knew this plan came to us with a suggestion. A proposition, really. She was moving and building a new house but would be living in her parents home while they went on a mission and they built their new house. They needed a place for their piano to go ... and so it came here. We now have a piano and will still buy one when they eventually take theirs back but for now, this worked out perfectly.

And as you can see, it is well loved!
