Baptism

It was a fabulous day. Emma was baptized. I still cannot believe I can say that!!! Emma was baptized. We had lots of family and friends there and it was a very special day for our whole family. My parents were there to be a part of it, which made it even better! I feel so blessed to have the gospel in my life and now to have it be a part of my daughter's life .... there are no words. We believe in baptism by immersion at the age of 8, which is why Emma was baptized on Saturday and not at birth. It was surreal to watch and very emotional - my baby has made the choice to take upon her the name of Jesus Christ and promised to live the gospel all her life. What a day for all of us! I am so proud of you, Emma! You have turned into such a beautiful and confident young lady!!!
