Sophia lost her first tooth. At church a few Sundays ago she was talking to me and I could see something moving around in her mouth. I made her come closer and noticed that her tooth was hanging by a thread - to all of our complete surprise, including hers! She immediately began to play with it and show it to anyone who would look at it.
All day she wiggled and waggled but would NOT let anyone attempt to pull it, even though it would have taken 1 nanosecond to get it out. Then Grandma and Grandpa came over for dinner and got Sophia laughing and lo and behold .... out popped that tooth!
She was SO excited to have it out and even more excited that the Tooth Fairy would be coming to see her. She was quite determined that it would be a toy or some candy but that smart Tooth Fairy brought some money instead ;)
Now she can't wait for the next one to come out!
